At Transoft Solutions, we’re excited to welcome Autopath customers into AutoTURN, our flagship swept path solution, as the next step in a vision we’ve been building towards for a while now.

When we acquired CGS Labs in 2025, we weren’t looking to simply add another product to the shelf. We wanted to bring together the best of both organizations, including technology, expertise, and years of domain knowledge, and build something genuinely better than either of us could deliver alone. Keeping two separate swept path tools introduces complexity and slows down the development of the improvements you deserve.

AutoTURN is where all of that comes together. It’s the platform we’re investing in for the future, including continuous updates to CAD compatibility, new vehicle content, and expanded capabilities as transportation design standards evolve.

What Is AutoTURN?

AutoTURN is Transoft’s flagship swept path analysis solution, with field-tested results trusted by transportation engineers, planners, and design professionals worldwide since 1991. It delivers advanced vehicle swept path and design analysis within AutoCAD®, Civil 3D®, BricsCAD®, and MicroStation®.

What This Means for Existing Autopath Users

If you currently have access to Autopath through an Autopath licence or Plateia Ultimate licence with valid subscription or Maintenance Assurance Program, our priority is making this transition as smooth as possible for you, with plenty of time and support along the way.

  • Nothing changes today. Your Autopath continues to work as it always has.
  • You’ll receive complimentary AutoTURN Pro access for the remainder of your current Autopath license term, plus a year of free access to the on-demand training so that you can explore AutoTURN at your own pace.
  • You can run both tools in parallel during the transition, giving you time to learn the software and its workflows before fully switching over to AutoTURN.
  • The transition unfolds gradually through 2027, with a special migration offer at the time of your licence renewal.

Impacted users will receive full details by email in September 2026, and Autopath will remain supported through 2027, with the transition fully complete by January 2028.

We’re With You Every Step

This is a journey we’re taking together. Your account manager will reach out to walk you through what’s next, answer your questions, and make sure your transition to AutoTURN is as smooth as possible.
