If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of CGS Labs software, please contact us within 30-days for a no-questions-asked refund.

This offer is valid on all CGS Labs products. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money back guarantee. This offer is intended to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of CGS Labs software and to remove any risk from your purchase.

Beyond 30 days, CGS Labs will not guarantee a refund should you change your mind. We do however provide free technical support and will happily solve any technical challenges you encounter with our software.


LIMITATIONS!

Our money-back guarantee offer does not apply to subscriptions that are shorter than one (1) year. Purchases of  CGS Labs software maintenance extensions are also not refundable. A refund offer is available on direct purchases from CGS Lab only. If you purchased through one of our authorized reseller partners, each reseller has their own refund policy and should be contacted directly for these matters. Additionally, fees paid to provide a hard disc CD/DVD and shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total. The money-back-guarantee only covers the license cost of the CGS Labs product(s).


In the rare event you are not satisfied with your CGS Labs product and require a refund:

  • Please contact CGS Labs Technical Support for business product refunds. Please read the conditions under which CGS Labs grants a 100% money refund.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Conditions :

Money refunded will only be processed after the license of CGS Labs software has been successfully removed from the computer(s).

Removal of the software must be in some cases performed by a representative of our CGS Labs Support team. Team members must be permitted access to your computer/server to facilitate the removal. CGS Labs Support team will remotely connect to the computer/server to remove the license(s) of CGS Labs software.
