CGS Labs is organizing an international competitionCGS Labs Infra Challenge 2021 for civil engineering students
ONLINE event will take place on
23 November 2021 at 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM CET
Whyparticipate?

- Collaborate and connect with the international Civil engineering students
Who canparticipate?
Apply as a team or as an individual. Students with active status and those who have already completed their studies in 2020/21.
What todesign?
Road or railway or river / channel infrastructure project.
Requirements:
- The project should be designed using at least one CGS Labs Civil Solutions
- There are no limitations in regards to the size of the project
- Deliverables: 2D design, IFC file, 3D visualization, etc.
Submitted projects will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Design:
- Alignment of road / railway / riverbed
- Longitudinal profile
- Cross-sections
- Overall complexity of the developed geometry
- Quality of the 3D geometric model
- Quality of property sets and attributes of the IFC model
- Visual appeal of your presentation
It is not required to submit a project that meets all the above criteria, to participate in the competition!
Prize fund
*In agreement with the organizer, the winners will be able to choose
between different prizes such as:
- licensed CGS Labs software
- computers or computer equipment
- registration fees for professional conferences
- professional trainings
- etc.

Value equivalent to 1.000,00 EUR*
2nd PRIZE
Value equivalent to 600,00 EUR*
3rd PRIZE
Value equivalent to 400,00 EUR*

Any student can get a free license for CGS Labs software.

With the goal for students to get to know and take advantage of all the functionalities of CGS Labs software solutions, we will provide them with the same level of technical assistance, as we provide to our commercial users.
Evaluationcommittee
The expert commission that will evaluate the projects consists of university professors and CAD / BIM experts from CGS Labs.
Awardceremony
The presentation of the best projects with the award ceremony will take place at an online event on November 11, 2021.
