Remote user support

We use ISL remote access software to solve technical problems on users computers. You can download the program here, and you will get the connection parameters (code) by email or phone.

* CGS Labs technical support is provided in accordance with your contract. Support for non-contract users is charged at the valid rates.



1. Program download

Click on the button below. The installation file will be downloaded to your computer.


2. Short installation

Run the installation file to load the program. After the installation, let the program start.


3. One-time code

You need to enter the code that the consultant provides to connect.
